Blood supplies the body with oxygen and nutrients and helps in removing metabolic waste. When talking about physiology, we share it with the physiological role of the heart, which is to ensure circulation and heart physiology, which is the heart cycle and electrical conductivity of the heart. Cardiac decompensation (heart failure or heart failure) is a condition in which the heart is no longer able to elicit sufficient amount of blood to meet the body's needs. Symptoms of heart failure traditionally are divided into symptoms of left or right heart failure due to anatomic and physiological functions of the heart and circulation. At a global level, consensus haven’t been reached on standardized diagnostic procedures for cardiac decompensation, so treatments are divided into changing lifestyles, medication, minimally invasive and standard surgical treatment. The nurse / technician is an integral part of the medical team responsible for the proper treatment and rehabilitation of patients with cardiac decompensation. When discussing a holistic approach, a nurse / technician must carry it out completely and consistently in each patient as long as they do not become pregnant because the patient is unable to look as a diagnosis with the symptoms and the consequences. Although the holistic approach promotes work with all patients, including those with heart decompensation, as its best and most effective approach, its implementation itself is extremely slow and long - lasting.
