Abstract
Artroplastika kuka jedan je od najizvođenijih zahvata u svijetu, ali i najizvođeniji zahvat u kliničkoj bolnici Lovran. Osnovni cilj ovog rada je ispitivanje razine boli nakon provedene artoplastike kuka kod pacijenata Kliničke bolnice Lovran u 2017. i 2018. godini. Sekundarni ciljevi su ispitivanje utjecaja farmakološke terapije i krioterapije na osjećaj boli na ispitanom uzorku. Nakon provedene artroplastike većina ispitanika osjeća bol od umjerene do nepodnošljive prema sestrinskom obrascu za procjenu boli. Razina i učestalost boli opadaju nakon primjene farmakološke terapije što potvrđuje kako farmakološka terapije ima pozitivan utjecaj na smanjenje razine boli kod ispitanog uzorka. Multimodalna analgetička terapija interdisciplinarni je standard tretiranja poslijeoperacijske boli kod operacije kuka. Farmakološka terapija u kombinaciji s krioterapijom dovodi do smanjenja otekline i osjećaja boli kod 94 % ispitanog uzorka već treći dan nakon obavljenog operacijskog zahvata.
Abstract (english)
Hip arthroplasty is one of the most performed orthopedic procedures in the world, and it’s also the most performed surgical procedure in the Clinical Hospital of Lovran. Primary goal of this paper is to examine level of pain with the patients of the Clinical Hospital of Lovran in 2017 and 2018. Secondary goals are to examine the effect of pharmacological therapy and cryotherapy on the tested sample. After the successful arthroplasty most of the tested subjects are feeling moderate to unbearable pain on the Nursing scale for pain evaluation. Results show that pain-level and incidence are decreasing after the implementation of the pharmacological therapy. That confirms that pharmacological therapy has positive influence in decreasing pain-levels in the tested sample. Multimodal analgesic therapy is the interdisciplinary golden standard of post-operative pain treatment in in hip surgeries. Results show that pharmacological therapy combined with cryotherapy decreased edem and pain-levels with 94 % of the tested sample by the third day after the successful surgical procedure.
