Abstract
Bolesti vena su česte u odrasloj populaciji, a tromboza je proces stvaranja ugruška u krvnoj žili dok je trombolflebitis upala površinskih vena i nastaje spontano ili nakon određene kirurške intervencije kao i produžena hospitalizacija. Dijagnoza duboke venske tromboze se postavlja na temelju kliničke slike. Medicinske sestre moraju u anamnezi uzimati karakteristične podatke u sestrinskoj anamnezi koji mogu otkriti predisponirajuće faktore rizika. Mnogi bolesnici oboljeli od tromboflebitisa imaju kamufliranu duboku vensku trombozu koja može dovesti do njaveće moguće komplikacije i letalnog ishoda, a to je plućna embolija. Osnovni cilj zdravstvenih radnika je sprečavanje upale, briga oko bolesnika i briga oko terapije te edukacija bolesnika o daljnjem ponašanju i primjeni kompresivnih zavoja. Zdravstveni djelatnici moraju biti educirani, elokventni i stručni kako bi svojim bolesnicima pružili najbolju skrb, bili sposobni educirati bolesnike i njihove obitelji kako bi se održala što bolja kvaliteta života.
Abstract (english)
Vein diseases are common in the adult population, and thrombosis is the process of clotting in the blood vessel, while thrombolphlebitis is an inflammation of the superficial veins and occurs spontaneously or after some surgical intervention as well as prolonged hospitalization. The diagnosis of deep vein thrombosis is made on the basis of the clinical picture. Nurses must have a history of characteristic nursing information that can detect predisposing risk factors. Many patients with thrombophlebitis have camouflaged deep vein thrombosis, which can lead to a potential complication and a lethal outcome, which is pulmonary embolism. The primary goal of healthcare professionals is to prevent inflammation, care for patients and care for therapy, and educate patients about the further behavior and use of compressive bandages. Health care professionals must be educated, eloquent and professional in order to provide their patients with the best care, be able to educate patients and their families in order to maintain the best possible quality of life.
