Abstract
Antenatalna zaštita definira se kao skup metoda i intervencija koje se pružaju trudnici tijekom trudnoće i za vrijeme poroda kako bi se osiguralo njeno zdravlje i zdravlje djeteta, s ciljem smanjenja morbiditeta i mortaliteta majki te perinatalnog morbiditeta i mortaliteta. Osnovni cilj rada je bilo ispitati i utvrditi učestalost odlaska na redovite liječničke preglede tijekom trudnoće te u kojoj mjeri redovita kontrola trudnoće ima utjecaj na daljnji tijek i ishod trudnoće i porođaja. Istraživanje je bilo provedeno retrospektivno, metodom anketiranja 30 babinjača na Klinici za ginekologiju i porodništvo KBC-a Rijeke. Dobiveni rezultati su pokazivali da su većina trudnica rodile prirodnim putem, što ukazuje na dobru organiziranost tima i edukaciju osoblja, bez ikakvih komplikacija tijekom poroda. Svoje preglede su trudnice obavljale u velikom broju tijekom trudnoće, dok su na ultrazvuk išle i do 3× više. Rutinski pregledi u trudnoći su se smatrali kao nekim standardom i obavljali su se na svakom idućem pregledu. Rezultati kao takvi su pokazali dobru razinu antenatalne zaštite što se tiče odgovarajućeg broja pregleda u trudnoći te pravilno obavljanje dijagnostičko-terapijskih postupaka.
Abstract (english)
Antenatal protection is defined as a set of methods and interventions provided by pregnant women during pregnancy and childbirth to ensure its health and child health, with a view to reducing maternal morbidity and mortality and perinatal morbidity and mortality. The main goal of the study was to examine the frequency of going to regular medical examinations during pregnancy and to what extent regular pregnancy control has an impact on the course and outcome of pregnancy and childbirth. The research was conducted retrospectively by the 30 bachelor survey at the Clinic for Gynecology and Obstetrics of KBC Rijeka. The results showed that most pregnant women were born naturally, suggesting good team organization and staff training without any complications during childbirth. Her pregnancies were performed in large numbers during pregnancy, while ultrasound was up to 3 × more. Routine examinations in pregnancy were considered as some standard and were performed on each subsequent screening. The results as such have shown a good level of antenatal protection as far as the number of pregnancies is concerned and the proper conduct of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
