Abstract
Cilj istraživanja : Cilj je istražiti da li opća anestezija značajno utječe na promjene kod ispitanika podvrgnutim kardiološkim operacijama, od ispitanika koji nisu podvrgnuti kardiološkim operacijama. Ispitanici : Ukupan broj ispitanika iznosio je 50. Od toga 25 (50%) su imali operaciju vezanu uz kardiološki dio. Preostalih 25 (50%) ispitanika, uzeto je nasumično iz drugih područja kliničke medicine. Metode i materijal : Podaci su uzeti iz „Integriranog bolničkog informacijskog sustava (IBIS)“ i dokumentacije „Klinike za anesteziologiju i intenzivno liječenje“, Kliničkog bolničkog centara Rijeka, u razdoblju od 01.3.2021. do 01.6.2021.. Prikupljali su se i analizirati sljedeći podaci : dob; spol; vrsta operacijskog zahvata, postojanje ili nepostojanje dijagnoza vezanih uz kardiovaskularni sustav; stanje pacijenta prije operacije; stanje pacijenta poslije operacije. Kod istraživanja gledali su dodatni parametri kao što su : promjene u EKG-u tijekom boravka u JIL-u; uvjeti za ekstubaciju ; količine drenažnog sadržaja ; vrijeme boravka u JIL-u. Rezultati : Podaci koji su uzeti i analizirani podjednaki su za obje ispitne skupine, odnosno ne postoji značajna razlika u dobivenim rezultatima. Zaključak : Opća anestezija nema značajni utjecaj na ispitanike s kardiološkim operacijama, u odnosu na ispitanike s nekardiološkim operacijama
Abstract (english)
Aim of the study: The aim is to investigate whether general anesthesia significantly affects changes in subjects undergoing cardiac surgery, from subjects not undergoing cardiac surgery. Respondents: The total number of respondents was 50. Of these, 25 (50%) had cardiac surgery. The remaining 25 (50%) subjects were taken at random from other areas of clinical medicine. Methods and material: Data were taken from the "Integrated Hospital Information System (IBIS)" and the documentation of the "Clinic for Anesthesiology and Intensive Care", Clinical Hospital Center Rijeka, in the period from 01.3.2021. to 01.6.2021 .. The following data were collected and analyzed: age; sex; type of surgery, the presence or absence of diagnoses related to the cardiovascular system; the patient's condition before surgery; the patient's condition after surgery. The study looked at additional parameters such as: changes in the ECG during the stay in the ICU; extubation conditions; amounts of drainage content; time spent in the ICU. Results: The data taken and analyzed are the same for both test groups, there is no significant difference in the obtained results. Conclusion: General anesthesia has no significant effect on subjects with cardiac surgery, compared to subjects with non-cardiac surgery
