Abstract
Baš kao i kod odraslih, tako se i kod djece mogu pojaviti različiti tipovi glavobolja. Uključujući migrene,a li i glavobolje povezane sa stresom (tenzijske). Djeca mogu patiti i od dnevnih kroničnih glavobolja. Glavna podjela glavobolja je na primarne, odnosno javljaju se kao primarna bolest i sekundarne, odnosno uzrok su neke druge bolesti. Pod primarne glavobolje podrazumijevaju se migrene i tenzijske glavobolje. Pod sekundarne glavobolje podrazumijevaju se posttraumatske glavobolje, glavobolje uzrokovane moždanožilnim bolestima i tumorima mozga. Rijetko se mogu pojaviti i glavobolje uzrokovane hladnoćom ili menstrualne glavobolje. Pri dijagnosticiranju glavobolja veoma važnu ulogu imaju djeca, ali i njihovi roditelji, liječnici, učitelji, psiholozi. Liječenje glavobolja nije jednostavan zadatak. Glavobolje se mogu liječiti farmakološkim i ne farmakološkim mjerama. Mnoga istraživanja o glavoboljama kod djece upućuju na važnost prevencije, prepoznavanja i djelovanja na određeni oblik glavobolje. Iz toga razloga cilj moga rada je znanje redovnih studenata sestrinstva preddiplomskog stručnog studija u Rijeci o glavoboljama kod djece. Istraživanje sam provela na fakultetu zdravstvenih studija u Rijeci anonimnim anketnim upitnikom od 15 pitanja. U istraživanju je sudjelovalo 76 studenata, od toga na prvoj godini 22 studenata, na drugoj 27, na trećoj godini također 27 studenata. Istraživanjem se pokazalo da je 62% studenata odgovorilo točno, a 38% netočno na postavljena anketna pitanja, točnije može se uočiti da studenti imaju adekvatno znanje o glavoboljama kod djece.
Abstract (english)
Just like in adults in children can appear different types od headaches. Including migraine and stress-related headaches (tense headaches). In children can appear daily chronic headaches. The main division of headaches is primary, they appear as primary disease and secondary, they are the cause of other disease. Primary headaches include migraine and tension headaches. Secundary headaches include post-traumatic headaches, headache caused by cerebrovascular diseases and brain tumors. Cases of cold or menstrual headaches may also rarely occur. In diagnosing headaches very important role have children, but also their parents, doctors, teachers. Headache treatment is not an easy task. Headaches can be treated with pharmacological and non-pharmacological measures. Many studies on headache in children point to the importance of prevention, recognition and action on a particular form of headache. For this reason my aim is the knowledge of the regular students of the undergraduate study in Rijeka about headaches in children. I conducted the research at the Faculty of Health Studies in Rijeka with an anonymous questionnaire of 15 questions. The study involved 76 students, of which 22 students were in the first year, in the second 27 students, and 27 students in the third year. The survey found that 62% of respondents answered correctly and 38% were incorrect on the questionnaire, or more specifically, that students have adequate knowledge of headaches in children.
