Abstract
Obiteljska medicina je posebna znanstvena i praktična struka koja svoje temelje bazira na shvaćanju jedinstva medicine i pristupa liječenju osobe kroz cjeloviti pristup koji uključuje i njegovo prirodno i poslovno okruženje, a baš ta stavka je specifična samo za obiteljsku medicinu. Obiteljska medicina povezuje, integrira medicinsko znanje i iskustva, a ne bazira se samo na izabranim dijelovima specijalnosti, a još manje što je uvrijeđeno mišljenje da opća medicina izvršava upute drugih medicinskih grana. Cilj istraživačkog rada bio je ispitati najčešće dječje bolesti u Ambulanti obiteljske medicine dr. Dunja Šurić. Rezultati su pokazali da su laringitis, obična prehlada i vodene kozice najčešće zarazne bolesti. Također je istraživanje pokazalo da treba analizirati pojavnost zaraznih bolesti koje bi se trebale rješavati obaveznim cijepljenjem, pogotovo kod nekih bolesti koje su svojstvene isključivo djeci. U zaključku su se analiziranjem retrospektivnih podataka došlo do konstatiranja da su postavljene hipoteze prihvaćene.
Abstract (english)
Family Medicine is a special scientific and practical profession based on the concept of unity of medicine and access to the treatment of a person through a holistic approach including its natural and business environment, and this item is specific to family medicine only. Family medicine connects, integrates medical knowledge and experience, and is not based solely on selected areas of specialty, and even less that is offended by the opinion that general medicine executes directions from other medical branches. The aim of the research work was to examine the most common pediatric diseases in the Family Medicine Ambulance Dr. Dunja Surić. The results have shown that laryngitis, common colds and water shingles are the most infectious diseases. Research has also shown that it is necessary to analyze the occurrence of infectious diseases that should be addressed by mandatory vaccination, especially in some diseases that are inherent to children alone. In conclusion, by analyzing retrospective data, it was found that hypotheses were accepted.
