Abstract
Tjelesna aktivnost je nezaobilazni dio svakodnevnog života te nedostatkom iste može doći do pojave raznih kroničnih bolesti, invaliditeta i morbiditeta. Neki ljudi misle da im tjelesna aktivnost oduzima previše vremena i novca te to koriste kao izliku za neaktivnost, no postoje mnogi zabavni oblici tjelesne aktivnosti koji donose brojna pozitivna poboljšanja kako na fizičkoj tako i na psihičkoj razini. Osnovni cilj rada je povećati svjesnost o dobrim utjecajima tjelesne aktivnosti na tijelo čovjeka i koliko ona utječe na zdravlje. U istraživanju je sudjelovalo 29 studenata treće godine fizioterapije koji su putem ankete davali odgovore vezane uz osobne navike tjelesne aktivnosti te subjektivnu procjenu zdravlja. 67,2% studenata se trenutno bavi nekom vrstom tjelesne aktivnosti te su studenti svoje zdravlje ocijenili visokom 4,03 ocjenom, dakle, hipoteze su potvrđene. S obzirom na to da zdravlje nije isključivo genski uvjetovano, iako je sklonost određenim bolestima nasljedna, promjenom životnih navika čovjek može znatno utjecati na svoje zdravlje.
Abstract (english)
Physical activity is an indispensable part of everyday life and the lack of it can lead to the appearance of various chronic diseases, disabilities and morbidity. Some people think that their physical activity takes away too much time and money and they use it as an excuse for inactivity, but there are many entertaining forms of physical activity that bring a number of positive improvements both physically and mentally. The main goal of the work is to increase awareness of the good effects of physical activity on the human body and how much it affects the health. In the study, 29 physiotherapy students participated in the survey, who provided responses related to the personal habits of physical activity and the subjective assessment of health. 67.2% of students are currently engaged in some type of physical activity and rated their health a high grade of 4.03, so hypotheses have been confirmed. Given that health is not only genetically conditioned, although the inclination to certain diseases is inherited, by changing life habits one can affect their health.
