Abstract
Hemoroidalna bolest jedna je od čestih bolesti koja se javlja i kod cijelokupne populacije te se ona nerijetko naziva bolesti modernog doba. Iako ne postoji još konačan konsenzus vezano za nastanak hemoroida, danas se zna da se hemoroidi mogu razlikovati s obzirom na smještaj pa tako postoje unutarnji, vanjski i mješoviti, a unutarnji hemoroidi razlikuju se s obzirom na stupanj prolapsa, odnosno stupanj ozbiljnosti hemoroidalne bolesti koja ide od 1. do 4. stupnja. Kako je hemoroidalna bolest često jako neugodna i predstavlja problem za pacijenta do te mjere da može i onemogućiti svakodnevno funkcioniranje, postoje različite metode suzbijanja hemoroida. Najčešće kod hemoroida nižih stupnja, dakle hemoroida prvog i drugog stupnja, za liječenje se koriste konzervativne i nekirurške metode, a za hemoroide višeg stupnja ipak je potrebno kirurško liječenje. Što se tiče kirurških metoda danas se usmjerava velika pažnja na pronalazak metode koja pruža odlične rezultate te brzo vraćanje pacijenta svakodnevnim aktivnostima. Nažalost, takva metoda nije još uvijek pronađena i svaka metoda uvijek sa sobom nosi nekakve postoperativne komplikacije. Upravo zbog tog razloga prilikom kirurškog liječenja medicinska sestra igra veliku ulogu. Od samog prijema pacijenta do zdravstvenog obrazovanja za kasnije suzbijanje relapsa, medicinska sestra kao dio zdravstvenog tima omogućava pacijentu operaciju bez stresa, brz oporavak i brz povratak svakodnevnim aktivnostima.
Abstract (english)
Hemorroidal disease is one of the common diseases that occur in both male and female population, and it is often called a disease of modern age. Although there is no final consensus regarding the occurrence of hemorrhoids, today is known that hemorrhoids can differ in terms of location, so there is internal, external and mixed, and internal hemorrhoids may differ in terms of the degree of prolapse or severity of hemorrhoidal disease going from 1 to 4. As hemorrhoidal disease is often very unpleasant and is a problem for the patient to the extent that it can also disable his daily functioning, there are various methods of combating hemorrhoids. Most often in the case of lower grade hemorrhoids, i.e. first and second degree hemorrhoids, conservative and non-surgical methods are used for treatment, while for higher grade hemorrhoids, surgical treatment is required. As far as surgical methods are concerned, great attention is being paid today in order to find a method that provides excellent results and quick return to daily activities. Unfortunately, such method has not yet been found because each method always carries with it some postoperative complications. Because of that, during surgical treatment, the nurse plays a major role. From the admission of the patient to the health education for later relapse control, the nurse as part of the health team allows the patient stress-free surgery, quick recovery and quick return to daily activities.
