Abstract
Cilj ovog rada govori o važnosti edukacije medicinskih djelatnika i laika, te o važnosti pravovremenog prepoznavanja srčanog zastoja. Vrlo je važno što prije reagirati pozivanjem HMP kao i početi čim prije sa KPR. Srčani zastoj čest je razlog pozivanja HMP. Prilikom dolaska na mjesto intervencije pregled unesrećene osobe započinje korištenjem ABCD pristupa. Probleme na koje se nailazi prilikom pregleda, rješavaju se određenim zahvatima potrebnim za njihovo zbrinjavanje, poput otvaranja dišnog puta, aspiracije ili endotrahealne intubacije. Kardiopulmonalna reanimacija zahtijeva educirano osoblje i spretnost kako bi brzo i kvalitetno bila provedena. Smjernice propisane od Europskog društva za reanimatologiju koriste se kod KPR odraslih, djece, te traumatiziranog pacijenta. U većini slučajeva srčanog zastoja početni ritam je asistolija koja se ne defibrilira. A ritam koji daje najveće šanse za povratak spontane cirkulacije je VF. Bez obzira na brzu reakciju HMP smrtnost zbog srčanog zastoja je velika, što je pokazalo i ovo istraživanje da je 82% pacijenata umrlo nakon provedbe KPR na terenu.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this work is about the importance of educating medical professionals and lays, and the importance of timely recognition of cardiac arrest. It is very important to respond as soon as possible by calling the ER as well as to start with CPR as soon as possible. Cardiac arrest is a common reason for calling ER. Upon arrival at the scene of the intervention, the examination of the injured person begins using the ABCD approach. Problems encountered during the examination are solved by certain procedures necessary for their care, such as airway opening, aspiration or endotracheal intubation. Cardiopulmonary resuscitation requires educated staff and skill to be performed quickly and efficiently. Guidelines prescribed by the European Society of Intensive Care are used in CPR in adults, children, and the traumatized patient. In most cases of cardiac arrest, the initial rhythm is asystole that does not defibrillate. And the rhythm that gives the greatest chances for the return of spontaneous circulation is venticular fibrilation. No matter how rapid the response of ER is, mortality due to cardiac arrest is high.
