Introduction: In order to keep up with the latest developments in the profession of physiotherapist, it is important to constantly update and adopt new knowledge. Aim: The aim of this research is to determine the percentage and type of training of physiotherapists after formal education and to determine whether there is a difference in education after formal education depending on education, gender and age. after formal education, and the position on formal education in the Republic of Croatia. Materials and methods: The survey was conducted via an online form with the help of the Google platform, by inviting participants via email, social networks and other communication applications (Viber, Whatsapp ..). Respondents are persons with completed formal education as a physiotherapist (secondary, higher, high). Participans n = 360. The obtained data were processed with descriptive statistics, concise description with the help of graphical and numerical representations. Conclusion: There is a statistically significant difference in attending physiotherapist education after formal education and the level of education of that age, while there is no statistically significant difference in attending physiotherapist education after formal education by gender. According to the research, the dissatisfaction of physiotherapists is visible regardless of the education related to formal education, but also the reduced possibility of additional education due to various factors, primarily due to unaffordable prices. Given the results obtained, much more research is needed on this topic in order to improve satisfaction with formal education, but also the accessibility of additional education.
