Abstract
U ovom završnom radu obraditit će se o pravilnoj prehrani protiv pretilosti. Pretilost kao kroniĉna nezarazna bolest i njezine dugoroĉne komplikacije. U uvodnom dijelu rada govoriti će se o povijesti pretilosti i uzrocima debljanja. Zatim će se govoriti o pretilosti kao kroniĉnoj pandemijskoj boleseti modernog društva, a nakon toga se prelazi na terapijske postupke u pretilosti i o dijeti za lijeĉenje pretilosti. Nakon toga slijedi prikaz pretilosti kao sestrinske dijagnoze. Nakon teorijskog dijela, slijedi i istraţivaĉki dio u kojemu će se prikazati istraţivanje provedeno na općoj populaciji, a vezano za ţivotne navike koje mogu uzrokovati pretilost.
Abstract (english)
In this final paper, proper nutrition against obesity will be discussed. Obesity as a chronic non-communicable disease and its long-term complications. The introductory part of the paper will discuss the history of obesity and the causes of weight gain. Then there will be talk about obesity as a chronic pandemic disease of modern society, and then move on to therapeutic procedures in obesity and a diet to treat obesity. This is followed by a presentation of obesity as a nursing diagnosis. After the theoretical part, there will be a research part in which the research conducted on the general population will be presented, related to life habits that can cause obesity.
