Abstract
Balans predstavlja sposobnost tijela da se suprotstavi sili gravitacije za vrijeme kretanja i mirovanja. Za dobar balans odgovorne su mnoge strukture, kako središnjeg živčanog sustava tako i lokomotornog aparata. Glavne strukture koje utječu na balans jesu unutarnje uho i mali mozak, uz njih veliku ulogu imaju i optički i vestibularni senzomotorni put. Govorimo li o lokomotornom aparatu, za balans, važno nam je mišićno vreteno te Golgijev tetivni aparat (6,7,8) Ovaj rad imao je za cilj prikazati utječe li umor dobiven izdržajem uza zid do otkaza na statički balans. Ispitivanje je provedeno pomoću Postural Cybernetic testa, na Posturomedu 202 tvrtke Haider Bioswing. Testiranju je pristupilo 16 ispitanika, u dobi od 20 do 24 godine. Svaki od ispitanika bio je upoznat sa protokolom testiranja te su ga svi uspješno izvršili. Obradom rezultata pokazano je da nema statistički značajne razlike u pomacima po x i y osi u testiranjima prije i nakon umora. Time zaključujemo da ovaj oblik umora ne utječe na balans u toj mjeri da bi ga narušio.
Abstract (english)
Balance represents the ability of the body to resist the forces of gravity during motion and idle. For good balance there are many structures, from the central nervous system as well as the locomotion apparatus. The main structures that affect the balance are the inner ear and the small brain, along with an optical and vestibular sensomotor path. If we talk about a locomotion apparatus, the muscular spindle and Golgi's tetanus apparatus are of great importance. The purpose of this research was to show whether the fatigue affects the static balance. The study was performed using the Postural Cybernetic Test, at Posturomed 202 by Haider Bioswing. Approximately 16 respondents, aged 20 to 24, were tested. Each of the respondents was familiar with the test protocol and all of them were successfully performed. The treatment of the results showed that there was no statistically significant difference in the x and y axis shift in tests before and after tiredness. Thus, we conclude that this form of tiredness does not affect the balance.
