Football is a sport in which two teams of 11 players face each other on a rectangular turf court. The goal of the game is to score more goals than the opposing team with any part of the body except the hand. Due to the large mass of the sport itself, a large number of injuries occur. They are the result of many factors, such as the number of games, intensity, age, lack of rest, contact with an opponent and the internal factors of each player. The most common injuries that occur in football are blows, ie contusions, sprains and ruptures (partial or complete), fractures and overuse syndromes. The main goal of this research is, based on data collected from an anonymous survey to be filled out by respondents, ie players, to show the frequency of injuries in the HNK Orijent 1919 in the last two years. The respondents who participated in the research were football players from two categories (seniors and juniors) from HNK Orijent 1919. The sample consisted of 40 respondents. Data was collected from an anonymous survey questionnaire developed exclusively for the purpose of this research. The questionnaire was conducted in the club premises for three days, and each respondent completed it individually and under the supervision of the examiner for 5 to 10 minutes. The results showed that players from the senior group (78.26%) were injured more often than in the junior group (58.82%). Research has shown that in modern times there are more and more injuries in football clubs. As football is played faster and faster, training lasts longer and is more frequent, it should come as no surprise that a large number of players have suffered some form of injury in the last two seasons.
