Recovery after cesarean section for a new mother can be very hard, especially if we add to that the physical difficulties and emotional ones which can appear after cesarean section delivery. Thanks to medical progress, cesarean section has brought a higher number of living and healthy babies as well as their mothers. Although it has some benefits compared to vaginal birth, like painless birth delivery, it also has its down sides. Problems that can occur after cesarean section are mostly there in the 30 days after the c-section, and most notably in the first few days, when the pain after birth delivery is the strongest as well as the mother's frustration, because of her incapability to take care of the child as planned. In this research, a questionnaire was carried out on nuliparus women, and the plan was to see if it is possible to have an effect on child birth tehnique itself, as well as the effect of exercise during pregnancy on the pregnancy itself, child birth and recovery from child birth, and the ailments that a mother can expect after the cesarean section. Results have shown that there is a statistically significant difference when it comes to recovery after cesarean section compared to vaginal birth recovery. The results have confirmed the hypotesis about the difficulty of cesarean section dellivery and its recovery compared to vaginal birth, and also that nuliparus women who had exercise during pregnancy had better recovery time after child birth.
