Abstract
Bubrežne bolesti često nastupaju podmuklo i tiho pa se bolesnici javljaju u poodmaklom stadiju bolesti. Najčešće bolesti koje se javljaju su akutni i kronični nefritis, bubrežni kamenci, nefrotski sindrom, degenerativne bolesti i bubrežni tumori. U liječenje se koristi medikamentozna terapija, a u terminalnoj fazi bolesti dijaliza i transplantacija bubrega. Nutritivna potpora je značajan faktor u procesu liječenja. Cilj ovog rada bio je opisati opće prehrambeno-nutritivne smjernice kod bubrežnih bolesnika. Nadalje, istražili smo prehrambene navike i znanje o dijetoterapiji bubrežnih bolesnika na dijalizi (ukupno 80 bolesnika) koristeći se upitnikom. Rezultati su prikazani tablično. Nakon učinjenog ispitivanja možemo zaključiti da naši ispitanici liječeni hemodijalizom imaju nedovoljno znanja i da neadekvatno provode dijetoterapiju. Navedeni rezultati nalažu nam bolju eduakciju ove skupine bolesnika.
Abstract (english)
The kidney disease often occurs drowsy and quiet, and the patients respond very often to a poody stage. The most common illnesses are acute and chronic nephritis, kidney stones, nephrotic syndrome, degenerative diseases and kidney tumors. Treatment is used for medication therapy, and in the terminal stage of dialysis and kidney transplantation. Nutritional support is a significant factor in the treatment process. The aim of this paper was to describe general nutritional and nutritional guidelines in renal patients. Furthermore, we studied dietary habits and knowledge of dialysis dialysis (80 patients in total) dieting therapy using the questionnaire. The results are presented in table. After conducting the study we can conclude that our patients treated with hemodialysis have insufficient knowledge and inadequate exercise of diet therapy. The results indicate that this group of patients will benefit from this improvement.
