Abstract
Proces zdravstvene njege nužan je da bi se dobio uvid u zdravstveno stanje pacijenta, kao i individualizirani postupci koje je potrebno provesti da bi se riješili problemi pacijenta. Također, daje uvid u rad medicinskih sestara/tehničara. Osnovni cilj istraživanja bio je ispitati razliku u mišljenjima svih godina redovnog i izvanrednog preddiplomskog studija Fakulteta zdravstvenih studija u rijeci. Od ukupno 225 studenata na sve tri godine redovnog i izvanrednog studija ispitano je njih 131. U istraživanju je sudjelovalo 63 studenta redovnog studija i 68 studenata izvanrednog studija. Ispitano je 19 studenata prve godine redovnog studija, 21 student druge godine i 23 studenata treće godine redovnog studija. Također, sudjelovalo je i 9 studenata prve godine izvanrednog studija, 31 student druge godine i 28 studenata treće godine izvanrednog studija. Ispitanici su odgovarali na pitanja putem anonimnog anketnog upitnika o vlastitim stavovima o provođenju procesa zdravstvene njege u praksi. Dokazano je da ne postoji značajna razlika u stavovima studenata redovnih i izvanrednih studija, te je dokazano da više godine studija imaju pozitivniji stav o provođenju procesa.
Abstract (english)
The health care process is needed to gain insight into the patient's health, as well as the individualized procedures that need to be taken to resolve the patient's problems. It also provides insight into the work of nurses/technicians. The main objective of the research was to examine the difference in the opinions of all the years of regular and extraordinary undergraduate studies of the Faculty of Health Studies in the Rijeka. Out of total 225 students in all three years of regular and extraordinary studies, 131 were examined. 63 students attended regular study and 68 undergraduate students. There were 19 students of the first year of regular study, 21 second year students and 23 third year students of regular study. Also, 9 students attended the first year of the extraordinary study, 31 second year students and 28 third year students of extraordinary study. Respondents responded to the questions trough an anonymous questionnaire on the own attitudes about the implementation of the health care process in practice. It has been shown that there is no significant difference in the attitudes of regular and extraordinary students, and it has been proved that for may years the studies have a more positive attitude towards the process.
