Nature has given women one of the most beautiful and most important tasks in life - birth and motherhood. The pain that women feel when they born are most often described as the biggest and worst pain they have experienced in their lives, and there are many factors that affect the intensity of growing childbirth. Because of the large amount of analgesics in the body, sensitivity and a changed pain sensation have been reduced, allowing the mother to end the child without additional analgesics and obesity methods. However, the pain that arose during childbirth is considered the greatest pain. Ideal analgesia should completely relieve the birth of pain, but it does not cause any side effects in the mother or child. All methods of analgesia and anesthesia have their specifics and limitations, special attention should be paid to the possible development of complications, infections and inflammatory changes. Today, anesthesia is an integral part of obstetrics. This article describes the features of pain and the most common techniques used for obesity. The most important features are the advantages and disadvantages of certain methods. The aim of this paper is to define the methods of obesity and possible complications.
