Abstract
Pedobarografija je nova metoda u okviru rehabilitacije i dijagnostike te ima široko kliničko područje i primjenu. Mjeri se na dva glavna načina, pomoću stabilnih platformi i mjerenja u kojima su senzori umetnuti u ulošku za cipelu. Pedobarografijom tijelo možemo analizirati u statici i dinamici. Znanost koja proučava položaj tijela u prostoru se naziva posturologija. Postura je položaj tijela u različitim zahtjevima bilo statičkim ili dinamičkim. Da se pravilna postura u statičkim i dinamičkim uvjetima ostvari, osobi treba funkcionalnost centralnog i perifernog živčanog sustava s lokomotornim sustavom te njihova usklađenost. Bilo kakva greška u prijenosu informacija između živčanih sustava i lokomotornog sustava za posljedicu ima lošu posturu kao i kongenitalne ili/i razvojne malformacije. Usklađenost živčanog (centralnog i perifernog) i lokomotornog sustava se naziva posturalna kontrola. Posturalna kontrola je izometrička i izotonička aktivnost lokomotrnog sustava. Ona omogućava stabilnu polaznu točku posture prilikom izvođenja pokreta ili primjerice mirnog stajanja. Stabilna polazna točka posture ostvaruje se složenim obrascima aktivacije mišića koji karakteriziraju posturalne odgovore. U ovom istraživanju sudjelovao je dvadeset jedan ispitanik. Istraživala se razlika u ukupnom prosječnom opterećenju svih regija stopala dominante i nedominantne noge bez i s dodatnim opterećenjem. Rezultati su pokazali da postoji značajna razlika između dominante i nedominantne noge u ukupnom prosječnom pritisku svih regija stopala prilikom stajanja bez i s opterećenjem. Također iako postoji značajna razlika u ukupnom prosječnom pritisku svih regija stopala prilikom stajanja bez opterećenja ne može se reći da će se u pravilu ljudi oslanjati na dominantu nogu. Smatra se kako za tu hipotezu nije dovoljno velik uzorak te je studija limitirana po tom pitanju.
Abstract (english)
Pedobarography is a new method within rehabilitation and diagnostics. It has a wide clinical area and application. There are two types of measurements, static and dynamic. Pedobarography is measured today in two main ways, these measurements are mostly on the plateaus and measurements in which the sensors are in the shoe insole. Posturlogy is the science that studies posture. Posture is placement of the body in various demands either static or dynamic. To achieve posture we need the functionality of the central and peripheral nervous system with the locomotor system. Any error in the transmission of information between the nervous systems causes poor posture as well as congenital and / or developmental malformations. Posture control is an isometric and motor behavior that represents a stable starting point for performing a movement. Complex patterns of muscle activation are characterized by postural responses that indicate the need for muscle control. 21 respondents participated in this study. The difference in the total average load of all regions of the foot of the dominant and non-dominant side without and with additional load was investigated. The results showed that there is a significant difference between dominant and non-dominant legs in the total average pressure of all foot regions when standing without and with the load. Although there is a significant difference when standing without load, it cannot be said that, as a rule, people will shift weight only to the dominant leg. It is considered that the sample is not large enough for this hypothesis and the study is limited in this regard.
